The script of a movie is divided in scenes. Each scene may be filmed in a different location. When you film a movie you don't follow the order of the scenes, rather you proceed in the most economical way possible..
What does this mean?
You shoot the scenes according to what has to be filmed in the same location and that require the same actors. In the same day, you may be shooting a scene from the beginning of the movie as well as from the end of the movie often without any sense of continuity.
